10. Postage Costs

Shipping and handling charges apply to all medicine orders below the applicable threshold. Full details of delivery options and postage costs are available in the “Delivery” section of our website.

11. Delivery of orders

All medicines are dispensed by our affiliated, fully regulated pharmacy. Once a prescription has been approved by one of our doctors, medicines are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, medicines are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Next Day Guaranteed, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout

12. Returns Policy

For safety and regulatory reasons, and in accordance with UK legislation governing the supply of medicines, we are unable to accept returns of medication once it has been dispatched from our pharmacy. As returned medication cannot be reused or redistributed, refunds cannot be issued for returned medicines.
